Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving machinery malfunctions, executing preventive maintenance tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and breakdowns with machinery, covering electrical and mechanical components.
• Repair and replace defective components promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure consistent and optimal performance.
• Calibrate machinery for accuracy and precision in performance.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to address maintenance-related issues and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:

• Technical Degree (BT-TS) in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent field.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including AM and PM shifts.
