Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to head of Human Resources and the HR team
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Assists in Job description, job posting and screening of CVS, phone interviews and interviews for entry levels, reference check
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database
- Conduct existing interviews.
- Delivery of the staff uniform, nametag…
- Drafting Memos, emails, job offers, warnings…
- Manages simple employee relation issues
- Respond with a follow-up letter through emails.
- Data entry of the employee information on Wizard, Nassar software, and Master File
- Fill in the recruitment Database
- Issuing the employee card and the salary card for employees who passed 3 months probation.
- Prepare the uniform sheet deduction on a monthly basis
- Help the Head of HR at the end of each year to appraise the employees
