A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Team Leader.
Main Duties:
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
- Manage sales pipelines and track key performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Create and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- Identify opportunities for brand exposure and community involvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 plus years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in real estate is a plus.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluent in English.
