A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Team Leader.


Main Duties:



  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

  • Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.

  • Manage sales pipelines and track key performance metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans.

  • Create and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive sales.

  • Identify opportunities for brand exposure and community involvement.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.

Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 3 plus years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proven experience in real estate is a plus.

  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Fluent in English.
