Compensation and Benefits Specialist.

Responsible for managing all aspects of employee compensation and benefits programs within the organization. Ensure that compensation packages are competitive, aligned with organizational goals, and compliant with relevant regulations. Additionally, to oversee the administration of employee benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years + experience in compensation and benefits administration.
