Role Summary
The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction by effective follow-up, actively generate new leads through targeted prospecting, showcasing strong communication and organizational prowess in fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services
• Propose and offer new products to existing clients
• Engage in lead generation activities to identify and cultivate potential clients
• Manage sales-related documentation, including client database, contracts and reports
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new business prospects and opportunities for growth
• Assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in sales related role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
