Provide support to the queries raised by the Line’s customers

Activate the required packages for the customers registering in the Line’s website

Manage activities on the web site as and when required by Head Office

Reroute misrouted files to the corresponding departments

Mapp customers routed through third party platforms to the line’s system

Assist the supervisor whenever required

Ensure all Agency / Head Office requirements are followed as per reference Guide /SOPs

Escalate any concerns and job-specific queries through the team Supervisor
