Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established cleaning protocols.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
- Coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring that tasks are assigned efficiently and completed to meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to customize cleaning plans and schedules based on their needs.
- Manage and distribute cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Operations Manager for replenishment.
- Ensure that the cleaning team adheres to safety measures, rules, and regulations during operations.
- Address and report any safety concerns promptly to the Operations Manager.
- Provide regular reports on team performance, operational activities, and any challenges faced.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement improvements based on performance feedback.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the cleaning or facility management industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
