Executive Manager

Job Description:

As the Executive Manager at Dental Clinics, you will play a pivotal role in branding development, calibrating the workflow of both clinics, and overseeing the efficient and strategic management of our dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

-Establish a thriving dental clinic brand by incorporating essential elements such as calibration, a well-established chain, and a streamlined workflow, all aligned with international standards for excellence.
-Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the clinic's growth and operational efficiency.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to align organizational goals with industry trends.

Financial Management:

-Manage the clinic's budget, monitor financial performance, and optimize revenue streams.
-Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Development:

-Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of dental professionals and administrative staff.
-Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement.
-Oversee doctor-patient records to ensure adherence to established guidelines for medical plans and treatments.

Regulatory Compliance:

-Implement and monitor infection control and safety protocols.

Patient Experience and Quality Assurance:

-Implement quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
-Address patient concerns promptly and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

Operational Efficiency:

-Streamline clinic workflows and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency.
-Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Marketing and Community Outreach:

-Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and enhance the clinic's visibility.
-Engage in community outreach activities to promote oral health awareness.

Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:

-Establish and maintain relationships with dental suppliers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the clinic.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, or Business -Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
-Experience preferably in healthcare management.
-Strong financial insight and experience in budget management.
-Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
