Oversee the initial production of sample prototypes
- Prepare technical sheets for all collection garments
- calculate final wholesale prices of collection
- agree on all pattern alterations requested for production
- organize the production report of every boutique order
- order and monitor fabric and trimming orders for the collection
- daily follow up orders with different departments
- ensure that garments are delivered on time with required quality standards
