Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
