Job Title: HORECA Sales Representative


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the HORECA sector by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the HORECA sector.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA market, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.

4. Conduct regular sales visits to prospective and existing clients to present product offerings, negotiate contracts, and secure sales orders.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and marketing materials tailored to the HORECA sector.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.

7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.

8. Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and invoicing, working closely with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the HORECA sector, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

3. Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including knowledge of products, market trends, and customer preferences.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.

5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting deadlines.
