Job Purpose:
A Maintenance Manager has to perform a vital job as the job brings with the position, a plethora full of challenges. He has the responsibility to oversee, direct, and implement all maintenance activities of the project.

Duties:
•Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance procedures and ensure implementation to the highest quality standards
•Oversee of the company’s fleet and its proper maintenance and operation.
•Insure that all service requests are properly handled and with the highest quality.
•Identify and propose for hiring quality staff.
•Identify new technologies to improve the service quality.
•Supervise the routine preventive maintenance activities.
•Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
•Supervise the third-party service providers that perform works on location.
•Implement the Health & Safety requirements and propose improvements.

Skills/Qualifications:

•Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience of 10 to 15 years.
•Experience in Property and Facility Management.
•Experience with HVAC, chillers, boilers, generators..
•Solid technical background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
•Excellent verbal and written communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
•Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
