Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Organize and coordinates orders:
- Orders placement and follow up
- SKUs data creation on systems

2. Database administration:
- Accurately input data into various systems and databases
- Pricelists dispatching and distribution

3. General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required


4. Manage Communication:
- Route general incoming and outgoing sales emails, sales calls, and other forms of communication.
- Prioritize and redirect communications to the appropriate individuals or departments.


5. Vendor Support
- Handle with suppliers all kind of claims, rebates and marketing requests
- Organize dashboards for suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers interactions and agreements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support program goals
- Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly


Requirements and skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
2. Fluent in English, French is a plus
3. 0-4 years experience, previous experience in operations, logistics or administrative roles is a major plus
4. Time management, Attention to Detail, Problem-solving, Teamwork and Analytical Thinking
