Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports: Assist in the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assisting in budget preparation: Collaborate with senior financial personnel to create and maintain budgets and forecasts for departmental and organizational expenses and revenue.
• Analyzing financial data: Utilize Excel and other financial software to compile and analyze financial information, assist in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
• Assisting with financial compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies, suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Assisting in financial planning and forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of financial plans and forecasts for the company's future growth and development.
• Supporting financial administration: Organize and maintain files and documentation according to established procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh Graduate, maximum 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of financial principles: Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and principles, such as budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data accurately and effectively.
• Good Excel Knowledge / Strong Presentation Preparation Skills
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
