Supervise a team of quality controllers to ensure compliance of process with the requirements and ensure the correct filling of records. Prepare daily reports summarizing findings and corrective actions


Job duties:
• Conduct inspection tour on machines in both powder and sauces factories to ensure compliance with Quality standards and procedures.
• Make sure that all production lines are inspected at startup of the machines, on changeover and at regular frequency during the day: Printed information, packaging, weight, sealing, CCPs, OPRPs, equipment suitability…
• Ensure that hygiene of the employees and safety of the products are maintained by providing appropriate trainings, as per the training matrix, on good hygiene and good manufacturing practices, food safety basis & fire, at least twice per year for all employees and when a new employee is hired
• Prepare and send on daily basis summary report that includes: findings related to quality and food safety practices, corrections and corrective actions, persons involved and responsibilities
• Identify areas in need for improvement or modifications or staff training and include them with suggestions in the report


Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Food Science or any related Degree - Masters is a plus
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field
