We are seeking a motivated and skilled Nuts Plant Operator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our nuts processing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in nuts processing, including sorting, roasting, and packaging machines.
-Monitor production processes and adjust machinery as necessary to ensure efficient operation.
-Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet our stringent standards.
-Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
-Keep detailed records of production data, including quantities processed, maintenance activities, and quality control results.
-Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes and resolve any operational issues.
-Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; further training in machine operation or food processing is a plus.
-Previous experience in a food processing plant, particularly with nuts or similar products, is highly desirable.
-Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
-Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Knowledge of health and safety standards in a food processing environment
