The Bangalow Reservation Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of reservations, bookings, and guest relations within a Bangalow resort or similar hospitality establishment. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, maximizing occupancy rates, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:
Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
Ensure accurate recording and processing of reservations using the designated booking system.
Monitor reservation trends, occupancy rates, and room availability to optimize revenue.
Manage group bookings and special events, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting guest requirements.
Guest Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Handle guest feedback and complaints tactfully, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest and the establishment.
Build rapport with repeat guests and cultivate positive relationships to encourage loyalty and return visits.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest rooms are well-prepared and maintained to high standards.
Team Leadership and Training:
Supervise reservation staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual support among team members.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address any operational issues.
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in guest service.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservation statistics, revenue, and occupancy rates.
Monitor inventory levels of rooms and amenities, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Assist in developing and implementing reservation policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
