Operational Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment. The Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing various departments within the company, ensuring effective collaboration, optimizing workflow processes, and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Leadership and Management:
-Provide strong leadership and guidance to department managers and team leaders, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
-Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills, capabilities, and job satisfaction.
-Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for all departments and individuals, and regularly monitor and evaluate performance against these targets.

2-Cross-Departmental Coordination:
-Collaborate closely with department heads to streamline workflows and optimize processes across different departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
-Facilitate communication and information sharing between departments to promote transparency, alignment, and synergy in achieving organizational goals.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

3-Employee Engagement and Development:
-Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to excel.
-Promote teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among employees to maximize individual and collective potential.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development and career growth opportunities for employees.
-Provide training and support to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with guidelines and best practices.

4-Strategic Planning and Execution:
-Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
-Analyze customer complaints and feedback to identify recurring issues, trends, and areas for improvement.
-Work closely with customer service teams to address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress towards strategic objectives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
-Oversee inventory management processes to ensure adequate stock levels.

5-Compliance and Quality Assurance:
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
-Implement and maintain quality management systems to uphold product quality, safety, and efficacy standards.
-Lead internal audits and quality control initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
-Minimum of three years of experience in a operational management role, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
-Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving business results and achieving organizational objectives.
-Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and industry best practices.
-Accounting and financial management skills are a plus.
