Retail Branch Manager - Electronics & Appliances

Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, staffing
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and meet profitability targets.
-Ensure excellent customer service by providing training and coaching to staff, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive store environment.
-Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize costs.

Qualification:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics and home appliances industry.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
