Join the journey, Apply & we will find your dream job!Required Skills and Qualifications:Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze daily performance KPIs to assess the performance of marketing initiatives, activity, customer acquisition, and conversion rates. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall performance. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide regular updates to stakeholders. Track and analyze the performance of various marketing channels, including Paid Media, Social media, CRM, and SEO. Identify opportunities for optimization and growth by evaluating channel effectiveness and ROI. Provide hands-on support in CRM by segmenting customer data and developing targeted campaigns to improve customer retention and engagement. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify actionable insights, trends and recommendations. Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, and CRM. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (including SQL & Python). Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
