We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent with experience in the trade industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and Arabic and have a high sales pitch. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals in the trade industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the trade industry.
- Understand clients' trade needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients in order to showcase products or services.
- Negotiate and close trade deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process in the trade industry.
- Stay updated on trade industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of trade products or services to clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate trade sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
- Attend trade industry events and conferences to expand network and promote company's trade products or services.
