Responsibilities:
- Manage the office, receive visitors, answer phones, make calls, and maintain order
- Keep track of employees’ check-ins and checkouts
- Manage the office’s WIFI and recharge accounts
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies
- Make sure bills are paid and recorded
- Handle basic accounting and finance tasks
- Conduct online work such as research, social media, and web property management
- Manage services & products, send messages, respond to inquiries, and write documents
- Handle copying & printing, maintain the filing system
- Assist in office management and miscellaneous tasks
- Manage documents, appointments, schedules, send reminders, etc.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-5
Skills
- Excellent organization and management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle documents with discretion and confidentiality
- Good spoken and written Arabic and English, with a focus on written English
- French language experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills i.e. email, spreadsheets, Google Docs, printing, etc.
- Great organization, typing, and note-taking skills
