The International Maritime Academy is seeking a cafeteria Officer to join our team. The Officer will be responsible for safety, hygiene, and preparing and serving safe meals and beverages for the Academy’s students, employees, and visitors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
•Calculate the customer's bill, receive money, and give change.
•Carry trays from food counters to tables.
•Dispose of dirty dishes.
•Clean chairs and tables.
•Refill salt and pepper shakers.
•Circulate among the Academy and serve coffee.
•Ensure the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
•Ensure that the utensils and dishes are stored appropriately.
•Wash, peel, chop, cut foodstuffs, and prepare meals.
•Preparing and supporting F&B orders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
•Fill the checklist book on a daily basis
•Ensure all ISO and Reports forms are complete in time.
•Implement health and safety procedures and instructions for his/her work function (s).
•Regularly check the expiry dates of the items and ensure that all items are valid.
