Experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the chocolate department, including production, quality control, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead and inspire a team of chocolatiers and production staff to achieve departmental goals and deliver high-quality products
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in managing a chocolate production department or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
