We are currently seeking a Barista to join our team for our unique and innovative concept the "Loft Coffee & Bar" featuring a mini coffee shop, mini restaurant, and mini market.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking orders.
- Serving customers quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings, promoting and recommending menu options to customers
- Responding to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Properly handling and maintaining all equipment by troubleshooting and scheduling repairs
- Accurately assisting the supervisor in handling cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Following all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- 0 to 1 years experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and Arabic Language, French is a plus
