Job Overview:
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our dynamic call center team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and establish repayment plans.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
-Negotiate repayment terms and resolve disputes.
-Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collection.
-Adhere to all company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain calm under pressure.
-Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
