Main responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information and recommendations when asked
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• In Charge in the daily business operation
• Scheduling employees
• Ensure café cleanliness
• Provide necessary services for clients when needed
