Assistant Director

ARCOM - Lebanon - Beirut
We are looking for a responsible Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Tasks and Duties:

- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external relations
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take minutes of meeting
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs as required
- Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals set by the director
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Undertake staffing responsibilities upon request
- Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the director

Experience and Qualifications:

- BSc/BA in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as Assistant Director
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
