In 1995, Kahalé Establishment was founded by Mr. Fadi Kahalé. It grew year after year to become a nationally known company for its significant success in the Lebanese market. In year 2007, Kahalé Establishment turned into a new bigger structure SPC, Synergy Prosales Company.
SPC owns two divisions in Lebanon. The first division is located in Bchamoun, Mount-Lebanon and the second division in Al-Jieh, South-Lebanon. SPC also owns a division in the U.A.E, located in Dubai .Each division has its own brands, strategies, policies and teams. 
Today, Synergy Prosales Company covers 2700 points of sale in Lebanon and 1000 points of sale in the U.A.E., with pharmacies as a majority.
