Currently, we are growing the Customer Service Representative Team for one of our subsidiary companies. They are looking forward to hiring Senior Customer Service Specialist to provide exquisite service to their customers to join them at their 6th of October location.

Job Requirements:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional phone support to customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to handle high call volumes.
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and adaptability to different situations and customer needs.

Must be a graduate holding a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any relevant field.2+ years of experience in a similar role.Preferred fields: Real State, Banking, or Consumer Finance.Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.Excellent to Fluent English Language and native Arabic Language.Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel & Power Point).
