We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Candidates to join our collaborative and growing team for our vacant positions (Reservation agent )
- Welcome customers upon entrance and confirm reservations
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
- Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
- Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
- Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
- The applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in one of the five-star hotels in the reservations department or Front office,- For Fresh graduates, it is necessary to be graduated from one of the following universities. Specializing in business or hotel managementAUC – Future University in cairo – Arab Academy - British University in cairo -GUC – Misr International University, with incentive salary packages.- Employees who have proven their abilities at work have priority to be transferred within two years to one of the company's external branches with different salary skills.If you’re looking for a sophisticated workplace where you can grow and make a difference, we’d love to join our growing team.
