- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our new projects or campaigns.
- Answer questions about our projects or organization.
- Build rapport with the client.
- Providing daily and monthly reports.
- Manage and overcome rejections.
Bachelor degree is a must.Proven experience as call center minimum one year.Good communication and negotiation abilities.Females only.Good computer skills.Ability to work under pressure.
