Design and maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure the company is compliant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or arelated field (preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources management. Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proficient in HR software and information systems.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practices
