- Handle all issues related to factory workers.
- Responsible for leaves, time sheets, etc.
- Performance evaluation of workers and implementing incentive systems.
- Dealing directly with labor office and social insurance.
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates for key positions: white collar and blue collar.
- Prepare reports related to labor performance, absence/leaves, etc.
5+ years of experience in large factories and production facilities.Full knowledge and understanding of labor laws and legislation.Experience with payroll process.Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.Proficiency in MS Office/ Excel is a must.
