Customer Service Specialist

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Close daily tickets regarding (Feedback, Missed Calls. etc.)
  • Reroute complaints calls to the Customer Support Team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
  • Give full attention to the customer’s needs to book the service they need.
  • Finalize order bookings on the system right after the call.
  • Maintain applying Filkhedma’s quality standards.
  • Monitor AHT and Hold time and meet their targets.
  • Work on weekly outbound sales tasks to increase the order volume.     

+1-year experience in a relevant role.B-Degree in any relevant field.Excellent Communicator.Self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end. Problem Solver.Results-Oriented.Customer-Obsessed.Quality Enthusiast.Collaborative.
