Chef de Prartie Kitchen

A reputable Lebanese Restaurant in Tyr is seeking Chef de partie with minimum 2 years of experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1- Assist different station chefs (chef de partie) in the kitchen.

2- Help preparing ingredients and do any tasks the chef de partie needs assistance with.

3- Help carry deliveries of fresh ingredients and unpack.

4- Measure out ingredients for different recipes.

5- Help prepare vegetables and meats.

6- Help in cleaning the different stations.

7- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.

8- Complies with Health & Safety Policy.

9- Assist Exec. Chef or his delegate to check all in-coming items.

10- Check and receive all store items and properly stored.

11 - Have a full working knowledge and -capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work.

12 - Perform opening, running and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.

13 - Reduce spoilage and wastage of the assigned station.

14 - Participate to inventories if requested.

15 - Adhere to uniform rules and policies of the Restaurant.

16 - Communicate properly with staff and Management.

17 - Adhere to set recipes/portions set by the Chef.
