You will work closely with healthcare professionals as a liaison, provide product or service information, and resolve any issues our customers might face with diligence, urgency, and accuracy. Your objective is to make sure you provide excellent service and maintain a satisfied customer.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads
- Convert solution inquiries into sales visits & follow-up until closed
- Build a trust and honest relationship with customers through open and interactive communications
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and make sure complaints are properly escalated and resolved
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
- Proven sales & support experience
- Strong phone or online contact handling skills
- Customer centered and ability to respond to various types of customer characters
- Excellent communication skills
- High school degree
- Honest, trustworthy, and highly motivated
