• Company: Multinational company specializing in the development for supply chain management and mobile solutions, based in France and has a branch in Lebanon.
• For France: Appointed candidates will be trained in the company back office in Beirut prior to being relocated to France as full-time employees after three months.
• For Lebanon: Will be appointed to work in Zalka
• Candidates appointed in Lebanon or France, need to be good communicators in French.

Appointed candidates will be:

• Diagnosing, tracking, and resolving customer tickets.
• Ensuring the dispatching of tickets.
• Raising alerts on urgent subjects.
• Supporting customers during the start-up phase and in the use of software packages.
• Issuing documentation.
• Ensuring on-call duty.

Needed skills to have:

• Excellent knowledge of PLSQL
• Knowledge of Java, J2EE, C/C++, and Pro*C.

For candidates appointed in France:

• Salary: 2,500 – 3,000 Euro including the following:
• Visa to work in France.
• Flight Ticket.
• Paid Accommodation for the first two months.
• Medical Insurance
• Transportation.
• Additional: One month end of Year bonus.

For candidates appointed in Lebanon:

• Salary: $1700 - $2400 Fresh Funds.
