Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, address inquiries, and assist with locating products.

Point of Sale Operations:
- Operate the POS system to accurately process transactions, including scanning items, applying discounts, and processing various payment methods such as cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
Cash Handling:
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and ensure that the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Follow proper procedures for cash management and reporting discrepancies.
Product Knowledge:

- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
