IT Support Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive hardware support, both on-site and remotely, ensuring the seamless operation of end-user devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, collaborating with vendors when necessary.
• Conduct hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance as required.
• Proactively identify and resolve system issues, employing a combination of remote troubleshooting and on-site support when needed. Windows systems, and MAC.
• Administer Microsoft windows server, Hyper-V ..
• Administer, maintain, and implement Microsoft Azure Active Directory, ensuring accurate user provisioning, de-provisioning, conditional access etc...
• Administer and support Cloud Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with end-users to provide guidance on Office 365 applications and troubleshoot related issues.
• Leverage Intune for efficient endpoint management, ensuring devices comply with organizational policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues, guaranteeing the secure and effective deployment of policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Linux Systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot network-related tasks.
• Manage and support Cloud WIFI system; Knowledge in Unifi systems is a plus.
• Oversee CCTV, IP telephone, and access control systems.
• Possess knowledge in Cloud server, VPS, with experience in VMware KVM being a plus.
• Manage and support backup, restore, and DR solutions: Veeam, Synology NAS…
• Knowledge in Network security, Firewall setup: FortiGate, and Sophos is a plus.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• BA degree in computer science, or any closely related field
•• Proven experience in IT support and administration roles, both on-site and remote, within diverse organizational settings.
• Extensive background in resolving system and hardware issues.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud services: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 applications, VPS, Vmware…
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively interface with end-users.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive user experience.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to staying current with evolving technologies
