We are seeking a talented individual to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a critical role in maintaining our cloud infrastructure, network security, user support, and more. In addition to core system administration skills, you'll bring expertise in telephony, security cameras, and access control systems.


Responsibilities:

*Cloud & Automation:

-Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

-Utilize DevOps practices to streamline IT operations.

*Network Security:

- Configure and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and virtual private networks (VPNs).

- Monitor network activity for suspicious behavior and implement best practices.

*Virtualization:

- Manage virtual machines using platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.

- Ensure efficient resource allocation and performance optimization.

* Windows Server Administration:

- Administer Active Directory for user and group management.

- Implement Group Policy for consistent system configurations.

*Comprehensive User Support:

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software troubleshooting across all devices.

- Manage user accounts and permissions.

*Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Management:

- Oversee the Microsoft 365 platform, including Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

- Deliver training and support to users for optimal use of Office 365 applications.

- Act as a point of contact for user inquiries and best practices regarding Office 365.
Integrated Security Systems:

- Manage and maintain telephony systems, security cameras, and access control systems.

- Ensure the functionality and security of these integrated systems.

*Qualifications:

- Experience in system and network administration.

- Proven knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and DevOps principles.

- Strong understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.

- Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.

- Working knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and provide support.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications with a focus on Power Platform tools.

- Additional experience with telephony systems, security cameras, and access control systems is a plus.
