Lancaster Eden Bay is looking for an F&B Manager. The candidate should:
Assist the F&B manager in planning, organizing, and supervising all food and beverage operations.
Handle all guest complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
Knowledge of F&B cost control, menu planning and inventory management
Previous experience in an upscale hotel is needed.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
