Event Coordinator / Seasonal

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for every aspect of event planning.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors and stakeholders throughout and during the event planning process to ensure meeting required deadlines.
- Oversee onsite event operations, including setup, signage, audiovisual requirements, and guest management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns and event concepts.
