Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and supervise our sales teams across Lebanon. As a Sales Team Leader/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of our sales teams, driving sales targets, and fostering a high-performance culture. Your role will involve strategic planning, coaching, and mentoring team members to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the sales manager to develop strategies, implement sales plans, and optimize team performance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a sales environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
