Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Designing recruitment advertisements and posting openings using different niche sites/channels to attract talents
- Screening CVs, conducting phone interviews and on-site interviews and coordinating for further action
- Conducting reference checks from previous employers
- Preparing employment offer letter for selected candidates
- Coordinating with concerned parties to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience; checking areas of improvement in timely manner.
- Participating in probation period assessment meetings for new recruits and continuously following up on their performance
- Collecting and safe keeping Job Descriptions of all companies’ employees
- Maintaining an active and organized database of applicants for various positions
- Following up and sending responses emails to all candidates

Requirements:
- Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration Organizational Psychology or relevant field
