Core Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy Contribution: Assist in developing and defining the strategic direction for a website product that enables employers to find that enables employers to find the best candidates quickly and easily.

  • Strategic Support: Support executive management by implementing strategic plans that enhance both mobile and web platform functionalities.

  • OKRs Support: Collaborate in refining Objectives and Key Results, contributing to team accountability and performance.

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and articulate unique selling propositions.

  • Product Development: Contribute to the innovation and enhancement of intuitive and scalable products that cater to both mobile and web users.

  • Requirements Analysis: Assist in the analysis, design, and development of detailed business requirements, including system specifications and process optimizations for the web and mobile interfaces.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, BI, and marketing teams to ensure products meet market needs and user expectations.

  • Integration Support: Facilitate integration and efficient information flow within the product ecosystem, especially focusing on tools like GA4, Amplitude, and Balsamiq.

  • Product Education: Support educational efforts internally and externally to ensure clarity in communication and understanding of product functionalities.

  • Brand Support: Contribute to branding strategies that establish a strong presence in the market.


Quality and Performance Metrics

  • Maintain Product Quality: Ensure that the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for managed products meets or exceeds industry benchmarks and supports the achievement of other KPIs.

  • User Experience Design: Assist in crafting intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, aiming to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

  • Employer Branding Tools: Support the development of solutions that assist employers in building strong brands through effective job posting and CV search features.

  • Candidate Selection Optimization: Support enhancements in recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-hire and improve the quality of talent acquisition.
