Brand Manager

• Developing and implementing brand strategies to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and services both online and in-store.
• Managing the brand’s presence across various retail channels.
• Conducting market research to identify consumer trends and preferences, as well as analyzing competitor strategies.
• Collaborating with merchandising and inventory teams to ensure brand consistency and availability of products.
• Monitoring sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of branding efforts.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to support brand initiatives.
• Providing guidance and support to retail staff to ensure they effectively represent the brand and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborating with sales team to develop retail-specific marketing materials and promotions that drive foot traffic and sales.
• Utilizing consumer insights and market research to identify opportunities for product development or expansion within the retail space.
• Analyzing retail sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Staying informed about industry trends and innovations in retail marketing and technology, and integrating relevant strategies into brand initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in brand management with a strong understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
