Managing the quality control team in all terms:
Schedule
Following the checklists that cover the production processes- control points- finished products etc…
Formally documents the audit observations in an audit report, fully and clearly documents all non-conformances, and requests corrective actions for noted deficiencies.
Training food safety/ISO standards to the plant and administrative employees
Designing, implementing and documenting procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
Follow Implementing and following the GMP and GHP with the concerned
ISO:
Maintaining and updating the certifications of ISO
Performing ISO internal audits
Reporting and follow up the non-conformities
Following up the external audit reports and performing management review meetings
Provides assistance for the concerned when needed

Quality assurance:
Follow up the auditing and scoring performed in the plant and branches
Meeting concerning the scoring of the branches and plant audits with the concerned to find a way of corrective actions.
Performing internal audits to verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken once the responsible person has notified that the corrective action process is complete

Evaluating the products according to the norms (Libnor, codex…)
Maintaining proper documentation and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the QA document system
Laboratory tests: Micro- Physical and Chemical
