Spare Parts Specialist

Manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are in stock, ordering new supplies, and organizing the storage of parts to facilitate easy access and accurate tracking.
Process customer orders for parts, including identifying the correct part through catalogs or computer databases, generating invoices, and handling payment transactions.
Provide technical support and advice to customers and staff regarding parts specifications, compatibility, and installation procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, place orders for parts, and arrange for the delivery of parts to ensure timely availability for customers and service departments
