Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills. As an Indoor Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their furniture and décor needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Greet customers as they enter the store and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide personalized recommendations based on customer requirements, style preferences, and budget considerations.
Offer expert advice on furniture selection, décor coordination, and interior design concepts to enhance customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the furniture and décor products offered by the store, including features, materials, and design aesthetics.
Stay updated on new arrivals, product trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate our offerings.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Proactively approach customers to promote featured products, special promotions, and exclusive offers to drive sales and meet individual and team targets.
Guide customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations, pricing negotiations, and assistance with financing options if applicable.
Utilize effective sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers by providing attentive service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, provide additional assistance, and cultivate long-term relationships.
Visual Merchandising:
Assist with maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom floor by arranging furniture displays, organizing décor accessories, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to implement seasonal displays, promotional signage, and thematic presentations to attract and inspire customers.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the furniture or home décor industry, is desirable but not mandatory.
Passion for interior design, home furnishings, and décors trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Proficiency in basic computer skills for processing transactions and accessing product information
